The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.391 of 2011 on the file of IX Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of on 21.11.2014 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an Interlocutory order passed in the said Suit. 3.
In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
