HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.609 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed questioning order dated 15.06.2015 in I.A.No.67 of 2014 in A.S.No.85 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Nellore.

2. I.A.No.67 of 2014 is filed seeking temporary injunction pending disposal of appeal and the appellate Court dismissed the application, against which the present C.M.A. is filed.

3. Learned advocate for appellant submitted that A.S.No.85 of 2014 was already heard and reserved for judgment and in view of that no further orders are necessary in this appeal.

4. Considering the submission of learned advocate for appellant, this C.M.A. is closed as no further orders are necessary.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
