THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.16106 OF 2016 ORDER:

After arguing for sometime, Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
