Petitioner No.1, who is the husband of respondent No.1, filed this application seeking transfer of DVC.No.11 of 2012 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, to the Family Court, Khammam.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that DVC.No.11 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, is closed for non-prosecution, on 25.06.2015.

Under such circumstances, this matter has become infructuous.

This Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
