HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31097 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting survey and demarcating petitioner's land in an extent of Ac.3-17 guntas in Sy. No.141, 142 and 143(parts) situated at Muneebagh, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
