ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner seeks survey of the land and is stated to have approached the second respondent requesting to depute the third respondent for the purpose of survey. Petitioner claims that she and her husband jointly purchased land to an extent of Ac.9-00 on 19.06.2003 and further extent of Ac.0-62 cents on 18.02.2005 in Survey No.664(P), Vajrakarur Village and Mandal of Anatapur District.

3. Though the present writ petition is filed alleging inaction, the records of the case show that there is no application made by the petitioner seeking survey nor the requisite fee is paid as required under the Rules. Petitioner's counsel, therefore, seeks liberty to make appropriate application as per Rules before the second respondent and also undertakes to pay the necessary fee.

4. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application, in accordance with law, to the second respondent and on receipt of such application the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
