When the matter was listed on 17.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was again listed on 23.09.2016, since there was no representation on his behalf; it was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on his behalf. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in pursuing the case.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order granted on 04.12.2006 in WPMP No.31863 of 2006, shall stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stands dismissed.
