Sri K. Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the orders passed by this Court on 25-11-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.44792 of 2014, the 1st respondent herein issued proceedings dated 14-12-2014 by withdrawing the earlier proceedings dated 18-11-2014, and therefore, his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. He has also filed a letter dated 03-02-2015 to that effect. Permission is accorded, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
