The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to take necessary action basing on the complaints filed by the petitioner on 08.08.2019 and 04.09.2019 against respondents 5 to 7. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 28.10.2019, would submit that the complaint, dated 08.08.2019, made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Kumrambheem Asifabad District, the third respondent herein, was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Asifabad, the fourth respondent herein, through proper channel. It is further stated that the petitioner also approached the fourth respondent and submitted the same complaint to him on 24.10.2019. On the basis of the said complaint, a case in Crime No.306 of 2019 was registered under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. on the file of Asifabad Police Station, on 24.10.2019. In the light of the aforestated submission, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no direction need be issued to the respondents.
