This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting and completing the investigation as per law including arrest of the unofficial respondents in Crime No.374/2015, dated 15.02.2015 on the file of Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after completion of investigation the Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet before the I MM Court, Vijayawada vide CF.No.4156/2018, dated 19.07.2018. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer to take steps for getting the charge sheet numbered. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
