Sri Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition, as the petitioners intend to move a similar petition by mentioning P.R.C. number as in the present petition, somehow, wrongly mentioned C.C. No.169 of 2014 instead of P.R.C. No.126 of 2014. Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the petition, stand disposed of.
