O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner/party-in-person was that the police authorities were not registering a case upon his complaint dated 29.07.2015. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad, furnished written instructions dated 04.08.2015 stating that the petitioner had submitted his

complaint dated 29.07.2015 to him and basing on the preliminary enquiry conducted thereupon, Crime No.254 of 2015 was registered on the file of the said Police Station under Sections 147, 199, 218 and 409 IPC. This registration was stated to have taken place on 04.08.2015 and the investigation was said to be on-going. The Sub-Inspector further undertook to file a report before the competent Court after completion of the investigation. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
