No representation for the revision petitioner. The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit O.S.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, was disposed of on 09.03.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2013 passed in C.M.A.No.16 of 2012 by II Additional District (Fast Track Court), Mahaboobnagar, wherein the order dated 06.03.2012 passed in I.A.No.26 of 2012 in the subject suit by the Junior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, was challenged.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
