THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.44638 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the fourth respondent under panchanama dated 01.12.2016 in confiscating 534 bags of red gram (267 quintal) of the farmers, under 2(g) of the Telangana Pulses, Edible Oil Edible Oil seeds(Licensing, storage and regulation) Order, 2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
