THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos 33004 of 2017 and 22595 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER :

These writ petitions are filed to dispose of the stay petition/appeal against the order in L.T.R.P.No.1 of 2013, dated 13-09-2017 passed by the 3rd respondent and this Court granted order of status-quo in WP.No.33004 of 2017. As the relief claimed in both the writ petitions is similar, both are being disposed of by common order.

Since the grievance of both parties is that the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent and the same is not being disposed of, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in WP.No.33004 of 2017 and respondents 5 to 10 in WP.No.22595 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the appeal, statusquo order, dated 27-09-2017, granted by this Court in WP.No.33004 of 2017 shall continue. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
