HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20175 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.04.2018 against respondents 6 to 9. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that petitioner has not made any complaint and she never approached the 5th respondent and gave any report as stated by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners could not produce the acknowledgment regarding receipt of complaint by the police. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would make fresh complaint.

Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint and on such complaint the respondent police shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
