THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.31839 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not lifting the seizure of petitioner-Industry as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 20.9.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
