HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20830 of 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to declare the notification issued by the 1st respondent in proceedings, dated 15.06.2006, and the order passed by the 2nd respondent rejecting the objections of the petitioners and the notices issued by the 2nd respondent, despite quashing of Section 6 declaration by the Court and the further action of the respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from an extent of Acs.2.20 cents of wet land in Sy.No.43/ 1 of Easwaravaka village, Chittimoru Mandal, Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submitted that the land of the petitioners is not required by the respondents and the respondents are not intending to proceed further with the acquisition proceedings.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
