HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.960 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5996 of 2009 dated 26.11.2012. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 17.11.2022 also, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. The present Contempt Case is filed in the year 2013 and it was not admitted so far. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to move fresh application, still if any, contempt survives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
