Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Public Prosecutor (TG) for respondent No.1 and Sri D.Kodanda Rami Reddy, counsel for respondent No.2.

During the course of hearing, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that Crime No.1064 of 2010 on the file of Rajendranagar P.S., Cyberabad, Hyderabad is closed by filing a report on 31.12.2012 stating that the matter is civil in nature.

Therefore, no cause survives in the present criminal petition and accordingly, criminal petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
