THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 23186 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is, non-disposal of his application dated 30.08.2019 for release of his vehicle bearing No.AP21 V 3798 seized on the allegation of his transporting PDS rice.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent - Joint Collector, Nalgonda District, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.8.2019 in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of.
