Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner had filed an application on 02.05.2015 in Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 3rd respondent for mutating his name in the revenue records and also for issuing pattadar pass book and title deeds for the land admeasuring Acs.8.26 guntas in Survey No.109 of Relampadu Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent on the said application till date.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.3 will pass orders on the petitioner's application within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 02.05.2015 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
