Dadi Ammaji, v. Dadi Nageswara Rao,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.920 of 2016 ORDER:
After putting forth his submissions for some time, Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that it would suffice if this Court were to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit within a specified time frame, more so as the suit was filed in the year 2013, and the bundle was re-constructed thereafter. It would be wholly inappropriate for this Court, in proceeding under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Court below to decide the suit filed in the year 2013, when the suits of the earlier years are pending. I have no reason to doubt that the Court below shall hear and decide the suit with expedition. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
