O R D E R :
The petitioner prays for mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in interfering with/dispossessing the petitioner from the property bearing Municipal Door No.8-1293/E/1, Survey No.335 of Shaikpet village, Hyderabad, without initiating process for acquisition of any property belonging to petitioner for road widening in accordance with law, as illegal and unconstitutional.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and standing counsel, Sri R.Radhakrishna Reddy.
3. The learned standing counsel on instructions from Respondent No.3 submits that steps are underway for acquisition of a portion of land in the subject property and the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded. The third respondent it is stated after following the procedure stipulated by law either interferes with the petitioner's possession or dispossess the petitioner from subject property.
4. By placing the stand of the learned standing counsel on
record, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
