THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.624 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri K.Raghu Babu, learned counsel for respondents.

It is stated by both sides that respondents have concluded the enquiry initiated against petitioner as directed by this Court in its order dt.09-11-2016 in W.P.No.38657 of 2017.

Therefore, I see no reason to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court. However, respondents shall take a decision on the further action basing on the said report expeditiously. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
