ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.8.6.2011, in W.P. No.15228 of 2011.
At the hearing, Mr. N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, placed before this Court, proceedings No.P6/123(1)/2011-RR, dt.26.12.2011, of respondent No.2 whereby he has regularized the services of the petitioner as Driver. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that with the issue of the said order, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.
Mr. P. Govinda Rajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the above mentioned proceedings have been issued prior to filing of the contempt case and the same was not in the knowledge of his client.
By regularizing the services of the petitioner, the respondents have implemented the order of this Court in W.P. No.15228 of 2011. Hence, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail an appropriate remedy in the event any of the benefits accrued to him under order, dt.8.6.2011, in W.P.
