HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.20187 and 20198 of 2018 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that, in both these cases, the petitioners had submitted their representations on 15.06.2018; and it would suffice if the respondents are directed, in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19059 of 2018 and batch dated 12.06.2018, to consider their representations on or before 20.06.2018.

While the petitioners have, no doubt, approached this Court just two days prior to commencement of counseling on 20.06.2018, by way of the present writ petitions which are listed before us today i.e. 18.06.2018, it is their case that they have already submitted their representations on 15.06.2018. While fairly stating that the order, passed in W.P.No.19059 of 2018 and batch dated 12.06.2018, covers the issue, learned Government Pleader for Services would submit that, since the petitioners have approached this Court just two days prior to commencement of counseling, it may be difficult for the authorities to ascertain whether such representations were made, and pass orders on or before 20.06.2018.

Suffice it, therefore, to direct that, in case the petitioners have submitted such representations on 15.06.2018 as claimed by them, the competent authority shall, in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19059 of 2018 and batch dated 12.06.2018, consider such request, in terms of Rule 31 of

the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioners on or before 20.06.2018. Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. ________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ _____________________________ KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI,J Date: 18.06.2018 Note:CC today bo usd
