As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 18.04.2016 either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was directed to be listed to 20.04.2016. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
