HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18490 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.1 to 3 to consider his representations dated 21.3.2017 and 14.4.2017 and take action for demolition of the illegal structures raised by the 4th respondent in premises bearing H.No.15-6-139, Kolsawadi, Begum Bazaar, Hyderabad.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent, who is his neighbour, raised structures in the above premises without obtaining permission.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"Respondents Nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner, and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions if any made by the 4th respondent as alleged by the petitioner."
