THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 1614 of 2012 ORDER:

The petitioners complain against Respondents in not granting building permission for constructing houses in their plots, bearing Nos.71/ Part, 90, 9 and 12 in Sy.Nos. 1 to 4, 24, 26, 31 to 39 of Miyapur village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Respondents were directed by order dated 25.01.2012 to consider and dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners seeking building permission.

After perusing the writ prayer and the effect of interim direction already granted, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be closed as no further order is necessary. The writ petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
