The Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Services. 2.
In pursuance of the order dated 09-03-2016 passed in OA No.354 of 2016 by the Tribunal, the request of the petitioner, made by way of representation dated 13-05-2015 seeking transfer from Vikarabad to Hyderabad, on medical grounds was considered and rejected, by order dated 12-052016 by the 2nd respondent, which is impugned in this writ petition.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Services submits that the impugned order had to be passed as there is no vacancy of Senior Lecturer in English in Hyderabad and, therefore, there is no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioner is seeking transfer on health grounds, his case may be considered as and when vacancy arise in Hyderabad zone.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to re-consider the case of the
petitioner for transfer to Hyderabad in any future vacancy, in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
