THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2660 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is accorded. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, as the identity of the petitioners does not arise, the presence of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with and the petitioners are directed to represent through the counsel on all hearing dates.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
