THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.20017, 20135, 20147 & 20185 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:
When these matters are taken up, it is submitted by Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, on instructions, that, pursuant to the order, dated 01.12.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10519 of 2016, the State Government initiated action and issued a Memo bearing No.13/18382/2015, dated 22.03.2018, asking the vendor of the petitioners to show cause as to why the G.O.Ms.No.189, Rev (EndtsIV) Department, dated 27.02.1993, should not be cancelled. It is further submitted that inadvertently the same could not be mentioned in the impugned orders. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent-GVMC will pass fresh orders by assigning reasons.
In view of the above said submission, all these Writ Petitions are allowed, setting aside the impugned endorsements, dated 02.05.2018, leaving it open for the respondent-GVMC to pass appropriate orders as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
