ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

2. The petitioner filed the present writ petition alleging that the second respondent is pressurizing and directing the petitioner to handover the original documents pertaining to his land to an extent of Ac.1.00 gts in Sy.No.11 and 12 of Chakrampalli Village, Moiminpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

3. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader for Home, however, show that on a complaint made by one Mr. Nandigama Prabhu Goud alleging criminal trespass in his lands on 22.03.2014 against the petitioner and others, a case in Cr.No.40 of 2014 was registered on 23.03.2014 and investigation is taken up. It is stated that A1 and A3 i.e., the petitioner and his wife, were already arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the learned Magistrate on 28.01.2015, and A2, who is the son of the petitioner, is stated to have absconding. It is stated that except registration of the crime and investigation thereon, they have never directed the petitioner to handover the original documents nor pressurized him.

4. In view of the said instructions, the second respondent is investigating the aforesaid crime. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to confine himself to

the investigation of the said crime and take appropriate steps relating to the investigation and filing of report/charge sheet before the learned Magistrate, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
