HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.1372 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that order dated 05.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.7008 of 2018 by this Court has been complied with vide G.O.Rt.No.415 dated 06.09.2018 which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. In view of the above, we hereby discharge the respondents/contemnors from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioners, if they aggrieved by the proceedings dated 06.09.2018, they may challenge the same before appropriate forum.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
