HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6768 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.650 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.857 of 2019, to the extent of directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
