THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11230 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.187 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur District. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law including filing of discharge petition as well as dispensed with petition before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed a withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
