HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.563 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent - husband, Sri N. Harinath, would submit that he has no opposition for the request made by the petitioner - wife in the present Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw O.P. No.151 of 2016 from the file of Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada and to transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court at Eluru, West Godavari District.

2. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and O.P. No.151 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, is withdrawn and transferred to the Judge, Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law.

3. The learned Judge, Family Court, Eluru shall issue notices to both parties on receipt of records from the court of Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
