Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 5th respondent. 3.
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following prayer:
"...to issue a Writ, Order of direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in appointing the person-in-charge committee to the 4th respondent Society Vide proceedings in Rc.No.358/2017-B dated 14.09.2017 is illegal arbitrary, Violative of principles of natural Justice and contrary to the provisions of the APCS Act 1964 and Rules made there under and set aside the same, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioners as person-in-charge committee to the 4th respondent Society." 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 14.09.2017, made by the 1st petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners, provided the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 14.09.2017, made by the 1st petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
