THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13500 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.E2/255(4)/01RM-NZB, dated 04-06-2003 in re-categorising the post of petitioner from Attender to that of Shramik as illegal, unjust and void.

2. Heard Sri V. Narasimha Goud, Advocate for writ petitioner and Sri Vasu Deva Reddy, Standing Counsel for TSRTC., appearing for respondents.

3. This Court, granted interim orders on 09-07-2003, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner as Attender and according to the statement of the Advocate for the petitioner, as per the interim order, petitioner has been continuing as Attender and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 09-07-2003. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
