This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 21.12.2015 passed in C.F.R.No.5825 of 2015 in O.S.No.379 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ongole, Prakasam district. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 26.08.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
