THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9295 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 & A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.250 of of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 447, 427 and 506 IPC against them.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 & A.2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have obtained bail. He further submits that the learned Magistrate is insisting for appearance of the petitioners even though charge sheet is not filed.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate not to insist for the presence of petitioners/A.1 & A.2 till charge sheet is filed and summons are issued. Learned Magistrate shall bound over the petitioners to appear before the Court on being summoned after the charge sheet is filed.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
