THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23257 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in passing impugned proceedings ROC No.134/2012/A dated 06.07.2012 fixing the minimum rate for cultivating fish at Nandigampadu Gram Panchayat, Chagallu Mandal, West Godavari District for a period of three years as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Vide impugned order, lowest rates for cultivating the fish for the period 01.07.2012 to 30.06.2015 were fixed by the committee members of Nandigampadu Gram Panchayat.

3. At the time of ordering notice before admission on 21.8.2012, no interim order was granted by this Court. The impugned proceedings relate to fixing of the rentals for cultivating the fish at Nandigampadu Gram Panchayat, Chagallu Mandal for the period from 01.07.2012 to 30.06.2015. Since no interim order was granted by this Court, by efflux of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
