THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI WRIT PETITION No.26342 of 2011 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition the petitioner has challenged the inaction of the 3rd respondent in initiating action against the 1st and 2nd respondents for implementation of the provision of Section 3 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, inspite of the representations of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2011, and there was an interim direction of this Court, directing the respondents to take steps in accordance with law. Thereafter, he has no further instructions in this matter from his clients. 3.
Learned Standing counsel representing Deputy Solicitor General, submitted that, after the directions of this Court, three times the elections have been held. Therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
PMD,J W.P.No.26342 of 2011 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
