THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21747 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in taking action to register the petitioner's complaints made on 27.04.2015 and 30.05.2015 against the respondents 5 to 7 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide protection from the respondents 5 to 7 to live in my house peacefully."

Heard Sri K. Satyanarayana Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 30-07-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under: "... ... ...

It is further submitted that on 30-07-2015 the petitioner herein approached the Police Station and lodged a complaint, basing on the said complaint a case in Cr.No.169/2015 dated:30-07-2015 U/s.447, 427, 506 r/w.34 IPC has been registered against the respondents 5 to 7 herein on the file of Chintalapudi Police Station. After completion of investigation as appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Hon'ble Court as per law as expeditiously as possible." On noticing the above said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said instructions.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the written instructions, dated 30-07-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ A.V.
