Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, through letter dated 09.02.2016, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition as and when cause of action arises.

The request as prayed for is accepted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
