JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 4429 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana) would bring to our notice that the grievance nurtured in the Writ Petition has since been redressed by the State Government by appointing, at long last, a Chairman for the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of, preserving liberty to both sides to pursue the remedy available to them before the Forum now constituted. We can only express our sentiment that the matter would be taken up for consideration and also would get decided in quick time from now. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
