Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 3 & 4 herein in mutating the name of the petitioner in concerned revenue records and not granting e Pattadar Pass Book and the Title Deed in her favour for her agriculture lands to an extent of Ac. 0-80 cents in D.No. 212 and Ac. 0-82 cents total admeasuring Ac.1-62 cents, situated at Peesapadu Village and Grampanchayat, Krosur Mandal, Guntur District, A.P. pursuant to the FORM VI(A) dated 03-06-2015 as illegal, biased and capricious and consequentially direct the respondents 3 & 4 herein to mutate the name of the petitioner in the light of her registered sale deed bearing No.2781/2014 of Joint Sub Registrar, Krosur, dated 15-12-2014 and furnish the Pattadar Pass Book and the Title Deed in her favour for the aforesaid lands."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in

CPK,J WP_43736_2016 revenue records and issue Pattadar Pass Book and the Title Deed in her favour in respect of the lands mentioned above. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a suitable direction may be given to the respondents to consider the Form VI(A) application dated 03.06.2015 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the Form VI (A) application dated 03.06.2015 made by the petitioner, seeking mutation of her name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in her favour in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0-80 cents in D.No.212 and Ac. 0-82 cents in D.No.204, totally Ac.1.62 cents, situated at Peesapadu Village and Grampanchayat, Krosur Mandal, Guntur District, in accordance with law, at the earliest, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any, subject to endorsement, if not already made. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
