THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13672 OF 2004 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to I.D.No.56 of 2002 on the file of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam and quash the award dated 29.12.2003 as illegal and arbitrary.

2 On 20.06.2016 this Court directed the petitioner to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent on record on or before 30.06.2016, failing which the writ petition stands dismissed automatically.

3 In spite of the above conditional order, the petitioner did not take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent on record. Hence the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
