HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16076 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent against the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.C/13/2016, dated 26.07.2017 and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/Appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, status-quo regarding possession shall be maintained.
